installed actually make it impossible to sit behind without everyone in the row turning sideways the same direction or sitting on the back part of the bench.
Unless you are counting on everyone being 5'9" or shorter and under 160lbs, you can forget about it working.
Since most fans are fatter than that instead of their azz and back fat being between the person's legs behind them, it will push them forward in the seat and now there is no room for their knees.
The stadium is far from being able to install seats.
They would have to take a row out every 10 or so to make it work and that might give better sight lines but would reduce capacity by 10% so it won't happen
