Couple of things that stuck out in the article/pics.
1) taking away the bunker club. For those with suites and or premium access seats in South Endzone, those seats will be losing a ton of value. Perhaps they plan to transition them over to the North side. I wonder what the plans are fir the lesser value seats this creates.
2) I will miss driving down stadium blvd and peering into the stadium. Sure some of the dorm views into the stadium will be impeded. And vice versa where you could see part of the campus at the game.
3) I really like preserving the block M, to me that was an important aspect. Renderings appear to allow at least some remaining GA seating. Keeping some affordable options for games is a good idea.
4) Given totality of East Side, SEZ and now NEZ costs, wonder what could have been if we started from scratch? We could have had brand new state of the art stadium like they build in Vegas.
