We hit these stupid arbitrary shutdowns like 5 times a year now it seems. It is a completely broke system, which is what leadership wants, because it then allows them to throw all the crap in, in the name of avoiding shutdowns.

But yes, the minorities are always the flame throwers because they know they have no real power to do anything, but they can look good to a group of people to act like they are doing something.

It is all part of the stupid R vs D big government plan
