We have this discussion constantly with a retired Air Force Colonel. He has been taught that overwelming air Power wins the day. I see his point except that Boots on the ground is the only way to win the Battlefield. Even if you blow everything up and the enemy still controls the field their will always be a resistance, and therefore you haven't won anything yet. Look at The Ukraine Russia has the tech advantage and overwelming control of their territory. Unless the Ukrainians surrender they have't won anything yet.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
