Well with your super duper Urban education you should know that the FBI stat's are flawed and that the data is based on only 79% of the law enforcement agency's reporting....
So it is more than likely that with 21% of the overall numbers missing that Violent Crime and Such could be on the upswing and that the Public Perception based on their Personal experience is very very correct and that the current regime has failed in it's duty to protect the public.
I seriously doubt with the MSM controlled and manipulated by the Leftwing Democrats and spewing the Party line at all levels that if things where so hunky dory on the street that the Propaganda wouldn't have everyone believing the erroneous FBI stats.
In truth about 50% of violent crimes and 70% of property crimes are never reported. But of course with your Superior Intellectual Acumen engrained into you from your Urban Propaganda oh I mean Upper Class intellectual haven of a school you already would know that.
Of course govt agency's have never manipulated Crime numbers... You know like the Current regimes inclusion of 18/19yr old's data into true Children's gun Violence data to make it look like Guns are the leading issue with children deaths.
