attempts were unsuccessful, and that people have turned it down. There was a rumor/smoke about the AD of WVU saying no. There was an other P5 AD that apparently turned it down as well, but I can’t remember what school.

I don’t think we’ve waited this long without making some offers…and here we are months later still with no AD.

I would guess multiple people have been offered by now.
