Of the electorate. They are designed now to influence the mood of the electorate.
And when they can rig the poll through sample size, or demographics, sample area tested or other means, they can tell us that the mood is changing.
When it's not.
Then, when the big cheat comes, they can say that the trend was begun months ago and the 130 million votes is the natural conclusion of the trend begun earlier.
Anyone who's not a conspiracy theorist isn't paying attention.
