MOST of the fentanyl overdoses are by those who willingly took illegal drugs. I feel bad for those who did not, particularly children. I don't know of any government plans to stop it that will work. So if you know of any please inform the board. Hint: if you start babbling about a wall then hahhahahahahahahahhahaha Jesus Man.
