people do not actually do anything. They write some newsletters, maybe develop some “training classes”, but that is about it.

I had to take 6 online DEI training classes at work this week. Past experience with online DEI classes is that there are no tests to see if you understand the content. Tests are not inclusive of those who don’t read well and don’t pass tests, so I just clicked through each page in rapid fire and got the completion points. It was 5 minutes out of my day I didn’t have to do any work.

So tell me… how does this negatively affect your life?
