This is such a non-story.

He's going to get sued, he'll settle out of court.
He's going to get charged with some misdemeanor driving charges and leaving the scene of an accident, it'll get reduced down to fines and community service.
He's going to get fined by the league.
He's going to miss ~4 games.

And by middle of next season nobody is going to remember what really happened. Some people will say Rashee Rice killed a guy, others will say he got a speeding ticket.
