Remember what a good lawyer did for Tyreek? By the end you didn't know whether he did it, she did it, it was an accident or nothing happened. You can't testify against yourself. Plead the 5th. There was no death, and personally if I were in an accident on a busy freeway, I wouldn't want to stand out where I could get hit.
