2023 went down 5.71%.. "Las Vegas Realtors® (LVR) reports the median sales price for a single-family home was $495,000 in May 2023, down 5.71% from a year ago."

In 2024, the prices rebounded 5.9% since 2023.... doing simple math, your home price went up 0.2% over the past 21 months...
