There are not 5 conference champs that deserve to be in the CFP. Period. There are maybe 3 that deserve to be in, assuming a non-SEC/B1G conference champion is very highly ranked. But teams like Liberty have no business being in if they don't play a similar schedule to the other CFP teams and are still ranked in the Top 12.
I think the CFP completely sucks anyway, but if it is anything other than the Top 12 teams it is a complete fraud.
