first it was a faulty regulator, then it was a faulty burner, and now it's a faulty striker. All in all, they're fine but I'd rather just set up a side table with a single burner next to the pellet grill if I want to sear stuff outside. I also hate the process of cleaning up and maintaining them after every cook.
