Given what we know now regarding Pentagon, DOJ, CIA and pretty much the entire federal bureaucracy's obstruction and/or undermining of Trump, I wouldn't place any blame on his Admin for the Ukraine civil war. It all started with the CIA meddling there before the Maidan coup in 2014 and continued with the so-called Minsk agreements. We know Trump tried to get us out of the ME quagmire. The Pentagon and State Dept. flatly refused to follow his orders.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
