there is a gray plain wrapped (brand new looking) police truck roaming the area pulling people over right and left.

You won't notice it because all of the lights are hidden. I go by 75th and Ward Parkway quite a bit (at least twice a day) on the way to my office, and I have seen him pull over at least 6 people in the last two weeks right at that intersection or just South of it. Today I went down Wornall and he grabbed a guy right there by Mike's Liquor.

He is effing everywhere. It must be some new task force where they give him a fancy new incognito rig and now he has to write a bunch of tickets to pay for it kind of thing.
