at our last HOA meeting, our trash contract had run out and we were just paying our same price month-to-month until the trash company provided us a new, updated annual contract.

A resident loses his sh*t over this. Practically screaming "WE NEED A NEW CONTRACT NOW, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE" blah blah blah... dude just ranted and raved about the lack of a contract for like a full minute. Standing up, so mad he's practically spitting as he yells at the board.

WTF dude? Who cares? None of us can do anything about that, we're waiting on the trash company to send a new contract. IF they want to keep charging us last-years prices in the mantime, all the better.
