China knew about COVID in 2019, and Trump wasn't briefed about it until January 2020 according to that tweet. So Trump saying China could have stopped COVID from spreading around the world like wildfire isn't incorrect. I guess, according to you and the X user there, Trump was supposed to cause mass hysteria in January 2020?
