against the advice of his military advisors ordered the Pentagon to pull the plug on Afghanistan. They couldn't talk him out of it and he was screaming and yelling at them to get us out now! Never mind that we left $80 billion worth of weapons, ammo and equipment for the Taliban to do with as they pleased.
