with conservative fascists and the constitution is outdated - until they rule in favor of something like the ACA, at which point they become staunch Constitutionalists.

Oh, and hey, the board Pubs - especially the boomers - are just fine with the Executive doing all kinds for extra-constitutional $hit in the name of protecting our freedom all over the globe.
