murder. He is accused of poisoning his girlfriend and unborn child in Utah. So in Utah, the unborn fetus counts as a child. In California, would they only charge him with one count, since it's not a baby until it's born? Or is it only the woman who can kill it?
This is a sick crime regardless and if found guilty he should be sentenced to the most severe of available penalties.
