If not then it can set players back. It can also lead to completely uncompetitive teams and those better underclassmen to transfer. We saw that with the KA teams. He had a lot of guys like Gant, J3, Clark and others that left and were really successful elsewhere, while Mizzou kept relying on different sets of freshmen.
