wouldn't say he's done anything that would say he's done an above average job so far either.

I think his biggest kudos goes for having the volleyball game played outside in their football stadium.

I guess he gets a pass for giving Hoiberg another year since he could have easily justified firing him before this season. Hoiberg hasn't had a winning season until this year and has not finished higher than 11th in his four seasons there.
