The ghost writer was not cleared for secret information, and it was readily shared with him.
Hur in my opinion, clearly pulled his punches on this. This is the same kind of bullschit we get talking about screaming Joe's corruption that there is "not a shred of evidence" linking the president to any corrupt business dealings.
