Ship all of them back to Haiti or freeze their accounts and this ends.
The are 2 non-profits one called Me at (they teach Haitians to raise, butcher, and sell meat products) the other Extollo (they teach Haitians construction skills). Both are targets of the gangs because they aren't controlled by the gangs and they can get meat or funds for kidnapping their members.
The situation is beyond sad for a good people.
