Let’s say someone proposes an experiment on an island where half of the island is colonized and civilized by a European power where the colonizers grant independence and allow the current population of the colonizers and the now civilized natives to remain and live together.
But on the other half of the island the European power brings in millions of Africans and then just leave it to their descendants to rule as they want.
