imaginable. 'All is well, nothing bad is his fault, illegal aliens are Americans too and Trump is the devil' delivered at a screeching fevered rage. I don't know whether they had that old fool hopped up on meth for that speech or he was suffering a maniac phase. It was most un-Presidential. Leadership of the federal government during the 21st Century has been dreadful.
