Several days. I believe I heard it's going to be 19 minutes long.
How many times do you have to practice a 19 minute speech? My guess is he will perform fairly well. After putting the business of the entire country on hold for days so he could practice a 19 minute speech, he will be given enough drugs to keep him awake, upright and lucid, for the vast majority of that speech.
The media will marvel at his ability to communicate effectively. His stumbling, stammering and bumbling will be minimized.
As will his truth telling and the emissions of anything substantive. He will then take several days off, probably go to the beach and have his doctors and handler's develop a new prescription cocktail for when he is not speaking to the entire world.
