certain perameters (min age, nsturalized citizen, insurrection, etc.) and conditions to run for president. therefore it is solely the feds place to determine the conditions of PERSON to run for president.

Same would go if some state tried to put an upper age limit on running, it is the feds place to do so and it would take an ammendment to the constitution to do so.
