The ruling should have never happened is how I feel about it. As repugnant as I find the CO action, I find it more repugnant that now even more people (like you) are running to the side of further empowering a federal branch to win one fight.
That's how all of this got here, Bill.
There is no R and D. There is individual liberty and the role of gvmt to protect it from others and itself.
Individual rights > local gvmt power > county gvmt power > state > federal > global.
I don't understand how so many people can't see the real threat, despite history screaming it at you.
