Selling access in exchange for financial payments? It doesn't have to be a jury trial, just a bench trial. There needn't be any charging documents since he's not being charged in Colorado. Just have a trial for a couple days find him guilty and then throw him off the ballot.

Then Colorado can tell us they are saving democracy.
