Not brought, evidence was never presented, the case was never adjudicated, and he was never found guilty.

Yet the declaration, much like the idiot, and most of his proclamations was supposed to keep the front running, contender for president of the United States off the presidential ballot.

Who has the power to make such declarations and could we get one of them to declare Whispering Joe Biden guilty of corruption, money laundering, influence peddling, and perhaps even treason.

It would be nice if we could make that declaration/proclamation without having to go through a trial or even have formal charges brought. It's the tyrants' way of governing.

The tyrants, you know the ones trying to save democracy.
