better under democrats than republicans. The richest guy I know personally told me that over 40 years ago.
Trump acknowledged that himself before he became a cult leader (he was a criminal even that far back)
That was well before the last three republican Presidencies all ended in recession, with the middle one having three separate recessions. In each case under a democrat the economy rebounded and was handed off to a republican who promptly tanked it again.
Economists (who admittedly know very little about what to do with an economy) are generally puzzled why this would be.

Crime has fallen greatly over the last 50 years and again there is general puzzlement of why that would be.
There is a theory that is because starting around 50 years ago is when the once conservative republicans
did quite a bit to clean up the environment - CLean Air Act, Clean Water Act, ESA, creating the EPA but especially in regards to crime-getting lead out of the environment.

Its also a well known fact that low income areas are also most prone to having pollution. That is probably a vicious cycle whereas poor people live next to pollution
get polluted, are more stupid and criminal as a result.
Its also known as environmental racism as it of course
predominantly affects blacks.

Its also a well known fact that contrary to the gaslighting of industry and republicans (nowadays)that
environmental regulations not only do not hurt the economy but demonstrably make it better.

So it doesn't take a veterinarian to see that environmental protection (which republicans have rejected since 1980) leads to less crime and a stronger economy.
I advise you to vote neither dem nor republican but if crime and the economy are in your top 3 concerns and you must vote for a wing of the liberal party- then your choice is clear.
