Would have to pick up the slack if blacks were exempted from taxes.

You said what you would LIKE to happen.
You said what you don't WANT to happen.

But you never addressed the almost certain consequences of eliminating taxes on blaxes. You guys do this a lot. You're asked a very specific question and give a very general answer in response. It's not even an answer, really just a response. A lecture on what SHOULD happen.
