when cuonzo took over a team loaded with good players it wasn't his coaching that was bad it was that his players didn't fit his system

when cuonzo recruited players that fit his system it wasn't his coaching that was bad it was that he just needed to recruit better players

when cuonzo couldn't recruit better players and his system didn't work it wasn't that his coaching was bad it was that he didn't have enough time to recruit his players to fit his system

when cuonzo had time but couldn't recruit good players it wasn't that his coaching was bad it was that the players he recruited to play in his system weren't good enough players
