Should Biden be sued for opening the border, allowing, fentanyl, gangs, and murderers into the country?
Sure.
Should he be jailed as an accessory to murder or crimes committed by illegal immigrants during his administration?
No.
If the president's motorcade snarls traffic and causes a heart attack in a car delayed by the motorcade, should the president be sued for that?
Sure.
Can you imagine all of the frivolous lawsuits people would file against any former president who believed they were harmed by official acts and actions taken while he was in office?
Yes.
And since all taxation is theft, should every former president alive today be arrested for theft for permitting, endorsing and increasing the amount of theft taken from American citizens?
No.
