The reason the president needs immunity is NOT to guard against him being criminal, it's to guard against the other two branches negating the presidency with scurrilous and baseless legal action so that he cannot perform the duties of the office.

Essentially everything that's been done to Trump since 2015 - scurrilous, baseless election interference and sabotage of a presidency by enemies of the United States of America.

Of course you don't want immunity to stick because you think, with the other branches in your pocket, a truly criminal president like your guy Biden won't be attacked.

So kill immunity and attack the only good guy that's ever been in the presidency, that's your position, such as you are...
