What an odd thing to say when trying to raise money for schools on that side of the arbitrary state line.

And is there a reason that Cerner and "many" others can't go to the state that they are donating to?

It's just very dumb to have an event for a state that you so proud of being from that you are going to pledge money to them and then have it in another state and a rival state at that.
