all of the new agents that jumped into the game in the last 5 years while it was easy money are struggling. They've never known the work that it takes to get established appropriately with long-term referral partners. Every Facebook Friend they knew was buying a house in the last 5 years and it was easy. Now its not that easy anymore that they don't have that free and simple lead source.
