CRT, which they announced doesn't exist.
They just don't call it critical race theory anymore. At least not in writing. It's sort of like natural law that way.
They can say that there is no DEI in any of their curricula, and then spend the rest of the year arguing about the definition of, "… Or similar".
Just put the idiot in charge of definitions, and allow him to be flexible in the application of those definitions, and you'll never lose an argument.
