Race and sex. You can't get any more diverse than when everybody looks the same. And remember, there's no need for diversity of beliefs or ideology. It's only the stuff you can see that matters.
They Probably have similar backgrounds, similar upbringings, similar stories of life as a slave on the plantation, the constant beatings and overcoming oppression, racism, Jim crow laws, and being looked at askance.
This is perfect and recommended for all courts, police departments, school districts and boardrooms.
As long as they're not all white or they're not all male of course. That would be proof of discrimination.
