person. Equity (in DEI) requires unequal treatment under the laws.
Big fanny has endured racism, sexism and probably fat shaming and idiot abuse her entire life. Being permitted to lie under oath along with rising to a job for which she is clearly unqualified is part of the recompense to which she is entitled.
