On the one hand Hokie is a lying trolling attention seeker
On the other he is a racist pugnacious *****
It is the ruling of the least partisan poster on tigerboard that Hokie did make an azz out of his self and demand to speak to someone that spoke better English. I leave the issue of whether or not he apologized to the English speaker undecided. On the one hand its hard to imagine him ever apologizing for his bad behaviors, on the other hand like most mysogynists he is afraid of women so maybe he backed down.
