fundraising k-state's stadium renovation, basketball training facility, football complex, and other capital projects. was second in command to john currie.
he's a likable cuss. midwestern culture and values. nice family. manhattan high school grad.
played linebacker for bill snyder with brent venables and txt's a.d. kirby hocutt.
spent time at iowa state, missouri, with the lierfield network, then k-state, and on to florida in a similar role after currie left (2017), currently memphis a.d.
i was sure he'd take currie's seat but didn't happen.
