about diversity, I would just like to speak with someone who can speak English and answer my questions.
This, after I asked to be transferred from Egypt (literally) to someone who spoke English. I was transferred to a woman in the United States, and asked her why they hire someone in a field as important as medical insurance who speaks English so poorly
She said that they have people from all over and for diversity and… Something, I interrupted, and said, I don't give a scit about diversity. To her credit, she said, I'll ask you not to speak to me that way.
Inapologized and we continued.
I got the impression that diversity was her trump card, she thought, and nobody could argue against the wonderfulness and the splendor of diversity.
