and it must be regulated, but not by gov't. The question then becomes - how to regulate it. My answer is civil courts and insurance companies - both of which would exist in any capitalistic system I would participate in.

You may chose to participate in an unregulated system, but the bullies would soon rule that system and it would no longer be capitalism
