by name and the false statement allegation pertains to the CHS claim of the date he met with Burisma officials. The indictment does not claim the meeting didn't occur, but that the date of the meeting reported by the CHS to his FBI handlers was inaccurate. The Biden regime DOJ appears to be splitting hairs in an effort to discredit their own CHS. The indictment mentions the CHS also met with unnamed 'Russian' officials, but does not claim he was acting in their interests.
