Sterk left right after the BOC stepped in to nix his proposed hire of a football coach, which I thank them for, btw.

DRF is leaving for a lower paying job at a university that has some significant turmoil in the AD. It has been reported that she had not been a candidate for the job until after the Board set up its new committee... then right after that she not only becomes a candidate but is hired for the job.

That could all be coincidence, but it does seem to make sense.
