You didn't have to worry about recidivism with ass holes like this at the time the Constitution was written because there wouldn't be a second time. The argument that ALL people--even violent criminals--have the freedom to possess firearms would be moot because there wouldn't be a 2nd time.
But pickle and the pickletonian collective think criminals with violent histories and those with mental health issues who are a danger to themselves and others have a right to possess firearms and anyone who has any common sense regarding this is a commie.
