"When you have a position of authority as he does, decorum dictates you don't bring that sht up."
People in a position of authority should not bring up anything that offends anyone, ever. People in leadership must make sure everyone is happy, and never, ever under any circumstances bring up anything controversial.
Churchill, Reagan, and Margaret Thatcher never ever in their entire lives, brought up a single issue that was not unanimously loved. They most importantly wanted to be polite. That's what a great leaders do.
